Julie Kothlow
Mecanix owner, Julie Kothlow is a customer experience
professional. Since 1996, she has worked as an independent
consultant helping companies develop customer-facing operations
that inspire loyalty and confidence. She focuses on the
mechanics of how a business operates – translating
strategies into day-to-day operational tactics that build
on and improve the customer experience.
Julie has managed customer-facing operations for many
years at some of the Canada’s largest service-based
telecommunications and security organizations. She brings
years of experience in-house managing front-line operations,
as well as a sound formal educational in consulting methodologies.
As an operations professional, Julie helped Andersen Consulting
build their Customer and Channel Solutions practice for
Western Canada with a focus on customer relationship management.
Prior to consulting, Julie spent ten years in the telecommunications
industry managing customer service operations, marketing
operations and network operation centers for wireless,
competitive local exchange carriers and long distance
carriers.
She has consulted for companies such as VanCity Savings
Credit Union, Verizon, Microcell, Sierra Wireless, Tourism
Vancouver, BlastRadius, Gemcom, PHSA and Group Telecom. Julie also worked
with Deloitte Touche and is an active member of their
alumni.
As a partner with Innerworks Solutions Inc., she helped
many evolving organizations with their operations including
Allstream, Group Telecom, Justice Institute of B.C., Playground
Real Estate, Intrawest Placemaking, Quails Gate Winery,
Pivotal and AT&T.
Julie is able to identify root problems and quickly decipher
patterns that adversely affect a company's ability to
change and grow. She is a strong leader who brings practical
intelligence to guide and motivate organizational change.
