Since 1996, she has worked as an independent
consultant helping companies develop strategies
that inspire loyalty and confidence. She focuses on the
mechanics of how a business succeeds – translating
strategies into tactics that build
on and improve both employee and customer experience.
Julie has managed strategic business units for many
years at some of the Canada’s largest service-based
high tech organizations. She brings
years of experience in management
as well as a sound formal educational in consulting methodologies. She has faced the challenges of start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, centralization and regionalization, growth and change and is uniquely positioned to face the challenge of all types of business transformations.
A s a consulting professional, Julie helped Andersen Consulting
build their Customer and Channel Solutions practice for
Western Canada with a focus on customer relationship management.
Julie also worked
with Deloitte and is an active member of their
alumni. Prior to consulting, Julie spent ten years in the telecommunications
industry in customer solutions for mobile,
competitive local exchange carriers and long distance
carriers.
She has consulted with companies such as VanCity Savings
Credit Union, Verizon, Microcell, Sierra Wireless, Tourism
Vancouver, BlastRadius, PHSA,
Allstream, Justice Institute of B.C., Intrawest,
Pivotal and AT&T. Julie's incredible energy and leadership has guided many teams in finding innovative and creative ways to do business.
